These sessions are with trained support workers who provide psychological tips, techniques, ideas and resources. The aim of each session is to help you to manage feelings of anxiety and stress, and to help you through the hard times life throws at us all.

Knowing how to bounce back from challenging times is important for health and happiness. Learning these resilience skills will help you look after yourself.
